Kerry Pinnacle is committed to market leadership, with its highly acclaimed technical support network, providing immense value to our customers. The National Technical Team consists of over 14 bakers and pastry cooks across Australia – with all state offices and manufacturing sites fully equipped with a test bakery and demonstration areas.

Kerry Pinnacle is dedicated to providing expert technical support to all customers, be they supermarkets, franchise chains, manufacturing sites or bakeries – our technical team is available for full training on Pinnacle products.

Comprehensive training at store level for all new lines will be accompanied by detailed benchmarking manuals – photo’s of all product instructions – DVD and video training guides (on certain products), as well as finished products listings accompanied by relevant NIP information.
