Van den Bergh’s & Croissant King acquisition

The acquisition of van den Bergh’s and Croissant King in December 2010 has enabled the Pinnacle business to expand into sweet and savory, frozen, ready-to-bake products. Manufacturing capabilities will now include a range of frozen and unbaked pastries, dough’s and batters incorporating automated traditional hand crafted pastry methods to offer a range that includes, pure butter croissants, Danish pastries, muffin batters, cookie dough’s, bagels, pastry shells, pies and sausage rolls.
