In July 2007 Kerry Pinnacle acquired Sugar and Spice, a cake manufacturing facility located on the outskirts of Melbourne. The Sugar and Spice plant has the facilities to enable Pinnacle to produce a variety of frozen donuts plus a wide range of cakes, slices and profiteroles. This in turn provides significant opportunities for the Pinnacle business in going forward in 2008 and beyond.
